Asset Resilience for Food Assets
Adler & Allan offers a range of innovative solutions to the Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry, reducing the risk of non-compliance and health and safety breaches across estates and individual assets whilst ensuring the highest hygiene levels across assets.
Whether you’re a brewery, meat processor, dairy, or food processing plant, our asset resilience solutions, including Polyurea protective spray linings and JBAR® bunding system, can help ensure compliance to Food Standards, HACCP and DSEAR guidelines, as well as your own internal and supply chain Health & Safety protocols.
Our polyurea coatings are suitable for secondary containment and flood mitigation solutions within Food Manufacturing businesses to line and coat fuel and chemical tanks and bunding, pipelines, oil storage tanks, floors, walls and roofs
Our Polyurea coatings also include:
Polyshield HT Slow FC
Our Polyshield HT Slow FC Polyurea has been regulated, tested and approved for direct and incidental contact with food according to FDA regulations and is compliant with high temperatures, heat sterilised and non-acid aqueous food contact. Through our partner, SPI, we are the only company in Europe with this certification for this product. The properties of the polyurea ensure a more hygienic surface which is easier to clean.
With depots and expert spray lining teams based across the UK, Adler & Allan can provide a fast turnaround on projects. Assets are offline for a minimal amount of time, and in some cases, our expert teams can even complete the spray lining while assets are live. There are no airborne particles during application, and the polyurea is dry within an hour, and fully set within 24 hours. Spray lining with our polyurea coatings also offers structural integrity to your assets, and is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years.
Our modular JBAR® bunding system brings flexible, lightweight, yet secure bunding to any asset. Combined with Polyurea, it offers complete containment protection, as well as speedy clean up should you suffer a spill.
Spray lining floors with Polyurea provides a waterproof, chemical barrier that encapsulates any loose particles, aids cleaning, and adds structural integrity to the surface. An anti-slip covering reduces trips and falls.
Spray lining walls with Polyurea provides a waterproof, chemical barrier that encapsulates any loose particles, aids cleaning, and adds structural integrity to the surface.
Spray lining a roof with Polyurea adds immediate structural integrity and can extend the life by up to 10 years, removing the need for replacement. Environmentally friendly, with low or no solvents or VOCs, it can be used for asbestos encapsulation
Our Polyurea specialist formula provides a flexible, waterproof barrier to any tank that is incredibly durable and designed to endure extremes of temperatures and expansion and contraction. Used in conjunction with our JBAR® bunding system, it provides complete chemical containment in the event of a leak from an unlined tank.
